Non-Armoured Jackets for Scooter Riders

Cortech Waterproof Fleece Hoody
This is a really cool hoody since it looks and feels just like a fleece hoody and yet it's waterproof. Very confortable and soft. A very "quiet" jacket since it does not make the noise of a nylon or Goretex jacket.
